Braves Tie Up With Phillies

KENNEWICK, Wash., Feb. 20—The Tri-City Braves of the Western International Baseball League announced today the signing of a working agreement with Philadelphia Phillies of the National League.
Greneral manager Dick Richards of the Braves said the Phils had assigned three players to the local team, which last year had a similar agreement with the St. Louis Cardinals.
The assigned players include George Camp, first baseman from Washington State College, and shortstop Ray Coley from the University of Oregon. Both are rookies.
