Seals Purchase Bill Boemler
SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 16—San Francisco Seals of the Pacific Coast League have announced outright purchase of left-hander Bill Boemler from New York Yankees. The price was not disclosed.
Boemler pitched briefly for the Seals at the end of last season after establishing a 14 won-13 lost record with Yakima Bears of the Western International League.
