SALEM, June 30 — Sacramento of the Pacific Coast League edged Salem of the Western International League 4-3 in an exhibition baseball game here Monday night.
Errors in the Salem infield and wildness on the part of Dick Aubertin, Salem hurler, accounted for the Sacramento win. Aubertin walked 10 Sacramento batters
The California team collected two runs in the first inning on an error and four walks. Two walks, an error and Al Anicich's squeeze bunt save Sacramento its sixth inning run. What proved to be the winning tally was Sacramento's lone earned run of the game in the seventh. Bill Glynn and Ed Bockman singled and two walks forced in the run.
