YAKIMA, July 18—Ted Shandor pitched a two-hitter Friday night to blank Victoria and snap its seven-game winning streak as Yakima's rising Bears won another Western International League baseball game, 7-0.
Shandor's two harmless hits consisted of a single to Chuck Abernethy in the fourth frame and Cecil Garriott's safe bunt in the sixth. He whiffed four and allowed only three walks.
Chuck Malmberg, Dario Lodigiani, Phil Steinberg and Mike Donahue led the Yakima batting attack with two hits each. Steinberg's two singles drove in two runs.
All of Yakima s tallies were earned except the two runs scored in the sixth when Abernethy and Catcher Milt Martin committed errors which allowed in two runs without a hit.

LEWISTON, July 18 — The Lewiston Broncs were weak at the plate and strong on the bases as they edged Tri-City 6-4 in a Western International League baseball game Friday night.

Lewiston racked up six stolen bases against harried Tri-City, registering double steals twice in a row.
